Corsicaner
Corsica meets the New Yorker
The Corsicaner—a collection of illustrations inspired by New Yorker covers and the beauty of Corsica. With a pop-up shop in the Citadelle in Ajaccio, Corsica, Anne F., an accomplished illustrator and graphic designer, holds degrees in History of Art from the Sorbonne and printmaking from Florence's esteemed Scuola del Bisonte. Each piece is printed on fine art paper and numbered, blending the traditional quality she mastered in Florence with modern digital techniques. All my life my mother read the New Yorker, she loved the covers and and The Corsicaner brilliantly combines Corsican vibes with New Yorker style. Great for gifts - in fact one of the last gifts I was able to give my mother was the Napoleon print.
